Welcome to Flyrlink. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Flyrlink Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Flyrlink", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, governing your access to and use of the Flyrlink website at flyrlink.com, the Flyrlink application at app.flyrlink.com, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, experts (sellers), and clients (purchasers) who access or use our Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Flyrlink Platform in any manner — including creating an account, booking a session, hosting an event, or simply viewing content — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and are generated by a computer system without the need for any physical or digital signature. Flyrlink reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include that entity.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other details required. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.
2.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any services on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If Flyrlink becomes aware that a User is under the age of 18, the account will be terminated immediately without notice.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Flyrlink immediately at Contact@flyrlink.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Flyrlink will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may not share your account credentials with any third party or create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity. Flyrlink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that it reasonably believes are being misused or accessed by unauthorized parties.
2.4 Account Types
The Platform supports two primary account types: Expert Accounts (for professionals offering services) and Client Accounts (for individuals seeking services). Some users may operate in both capacities. Each account type is subject to the respective obligations set out in these Terms.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Acceptable Use
All users of the Flyrlink Platform must engage respectfully, professionally, and lawfully. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — connecting clients with experts, sharing professional knowledge, and facilitating legitimate service transactions.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Post, transmit, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including providing false information, creating fake reviews, or misrepresenting your qualifications or services.
- Solicit or collect sensitive personal information from other users, including financial account details, government-issued identification numbers, or passwords.
- Attempt to bypass any Platform security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission.
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to other users via the Platform's messaging system.
- Circumvent the Platform by transacting with an expert or client discovered through Flyrlink outside of the Platform's payment system, thereby avoiding applicable fees.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code that may harm the Platform or its users.
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure.
3.3 Content Guidelines
All content posted or shared on the Platform — including profile descriptions, session materials, posts on the social feed, event listings, and reviews — must be accurate, professional, and relevant. Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Flyrlink reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post non-compliant content. Users are solely responsible for the content they post and indemnify Flyrlink against any claims arising from such content.
4. Seller / Expert Terms
4.1 Expert Obligations
By registering as an Expert on Flyrlink, you agree to provide services in a professional, timely, and lawful manner. Experts are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of Flyrlink. Flyrlink provides only the technology platform that facilitates connections between Experts and Clients.
4.2 Profile Accuracy
Experts must ensure that their profile is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes, without limitation, professional qualifications, areas of expertise, years of experience, educational background, certifications, and any other information that may influence a client's decision to book a session. Misrepresentation of qualifications or expertise is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4.3 Service Delivery
Experts must fulfill all confirmed bookings on time and as described. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to deliver the services as described may result in account suspension, removal from the Platform, and forfeiture of pending payments. Experts must maintain punctuality for all scheduled 1:1 sessions and events and must conduct sessions professionally using the Platform's tools or other agreed-upon communication methods.
4.4 Quality Standards
Experts are expected to maintain high quality standards in the services they offer. Flyrlink may periodically review expert performance metrics, including client ratings and reviews, response rates, and booking completion rates. Experts whose performance consistently falls below acceptable thresholds may be subject to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform. Flyrlink reserves the right to set and revise quality standards at its sole discretion.
5. Purchaser / Client Terms
5.1 Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for clearly communicating your requirements to the Expert before and during a session. You acknowledge that Experts on Flyrlink are independent professionals, and Flyrlink does not warrant that the advice or services provided by any Expert will meet your specific needs or expectations. You must conduct your own due diligence by reviewing an Expert's profile, qualifications, and client reviews before making a booking.
5.2 Booking Policies
When you book a session or purchase a ticket for an event, you enter into a direct agreement with the Expert for the provision of the relevant service. Flyrlink facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the service agreement between the client and the Expert. You agree to attend booked sessions on time. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may limit your ability to request refunds for future bookings.
5.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made by the Client more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the session fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund at the Expert's discretion. If an Expert cancels a confirmed booking, the Client will receive a full refund of the session fee within 5–7 business days, processed to the original payment method.
Refunds for events are subject to the specific cancellation policy set by the Expert hosting the event. In all cases where a refund is processed by Flyrlink, platform processing fees may be non-refundable. Disputes regarding sessions or refunds must be raised with Flyrlink within 7 days of the session date by contacting Contact@flyrlink.com. Flyrlink will review disputes in good faith but makes no guarantee of a specific outcome.
6. Products & Services
Flyrlink is an AI-powered expert marketplace that provides a suite of interconnected services designed to facilitate professional knowledge-sharing and expert-client engagement. The Platform currently offers the following services:
- 1:1 Sessions: Clients can browse expert profiles and book private, one-on-one consultations or advisory sessions. Sessions are scheduled and conducted through the Platform or via the Expert's designated communication channel as disclosed in their profile.
- Events: Experts can host virtual or in-person group events, workshops, webinars, and masterclasses. Clients can discover, register for, and attend these events through the Platform.
- Social Feed: A dynamic content feed where Experts can share articles, updates, insights, tips, and professional content with their followers. Clients can follow their preferred Experts, engage with content, and stay updated on new offerings.
- AI-Powered Expert Matching: Flyrlink's proprietary AI matching engine analyzes user preferences, requirements, and behavior to intelligently recommend the most relevant Experts for each Client's unique needs, reducing the time and effort required to find the right professional.
Flyrlink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with or without notice. The Company may also introduce new services or features, which will be governed by these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
7. Pricing & Payments
7.1 Expert-Set Pricing
Experts set their own pricing for 1:1 sessions and events. The minimum session fee on the Platform is INR 500 per session. Experts may set higher prices based on their expertise, experience, and the nature of the service offered. Flyrlink does not mandate specific pricing beyond the minimum threshold.
7.2 Platform Fees
Flyrlink charges a platform service fee on each transaction. The applicable fee structure will be clearly disclosed to Experts during onboarding and may be updated from time to time. Flyrlink will provide advance notice of any changes to the fee structure. Platform fees are deducted from the Expert's earnings prior to payout and are non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Payment Processing
All payments on the Platform are processed through Flyrlink's designated third-party payment gateway partners. By using the Platform, you consent to your payment information being processed by these third-party providers, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Flyrlink does not store full card details or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.
Expert payouts will be processed on a periodic basis as communicated within the Platform's payout settings. Flyrlink may withhold payouts pending the resolution of open disputes, suspected fraudulent activity, or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
7.4 Taxes
Experts are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from income earned through the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and any other applicable levies under Indian law. Flyrlink may deduct applicable taxes at source (TDS) as required by law. Clients may be subject to GST on services purchased through the Platform, as applicable.
8. Events
8.1 Event Hosting
Experts may create and host events on the Platform, including but not limited to webinars, workshops, masterclasses, Q&A sessions, and panel discussions. Experts are solely responsible for the content, quality, and delivery of their events. All event listings must include accurate descriptions of the event format, agenda, expected duration, and any prerequisites for attendees.
8.2 Event Attendance
Clients who register for an event agree to attend in accordance with the terms set by the hosting Expert. Clients must conduct themselves respectfully during events. Flyrlink reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event who violates the Platform's Code of Conduct or disrupts the event experience for other participants.
8.3 Event Cancellation
If an Expert cancels a confirmed event, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price within 5–7 business days. If an event is postponed, registered attendees may choose to retain their registration for the rescheduled date or request a full refund. Flyrlink encourages Experts to minimize event cancellations, as repeated cancellations may affect an Expert's standing on the Platform and lead to suspension of event-hosting privileges.
9. Intellectual Property & Licensing
9.1 Platform Intellectual Property
The Flyrlink Platform, including its design, user interface, code, software, algorithms (including the AI matching engine), branding, trademarks, logos, and all proprietary content created by Flyrlink, are the exclusive intellectual property of Flyrlink Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership interest in Flyrlink's intellectual property to any user.
9.2 Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they create and post on the Platform, including session materials, event content, social feed posts, and profile information. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Flyrlink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
9.3 User-Generated Content License
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post the content you share on the Platform and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Flyrlink harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this representation.
9.4 Feedback
If you provide Flyrlink with any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant Flyrlink the right to use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality. Flyrlink may use such feedback freely to improve its services.
10. Security & Privacy
10.1 Data Protection
Flyrlink is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and all other applicable data protection laws. The manner in which we collect, process, use, store, and disclose your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at flyrlink.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Security Measures
Flyrlink employs industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including encryption, firewalls, secure socket layer (SSL) technology, and access controls, to protect the Platform and user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that Flyrlink cannot guarantee absolute security and that you transmit data to the Platform at your own risk.
10.3 User Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party and must enable all available security features, such as two-factor authentication, if offered. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify Flyrlink immediately at Contact@flyrlink.com so that appropriate action can be taken.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flyrlink Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Flyrlink has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Flyrlink is a technology platform that connects Experts and Clients. Flyrlink does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of any services provided by Experts, and is not responsible for the outcome of any session, event, or interaction between an Expert and a Client. All decisions made based on expert advice obtained through the Platform are made at the sole risk and discretion of the user.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Flyrlink has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party links at your own risk.
In any event, Flyrlink's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Flyrlink in the 3-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lesser.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to Contact@flyrlink.com. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. Any outstanding bookings or pending payments at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policies.
12.2 Termination by Flyrlink
Flyrlink reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate or breach any provision of these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period.
- You repeatedly fail to honor confirmed bookings.
- Flyrlink is required to do so under applicable law or court order.
- Your continued presence on the Platform poses a risk to other users or to Flyrlink's operations, reputation, or legal standing.
Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Flyrlink's rights and any obligations of the parties that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction facilitated through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, users are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Flyrlink at Contact@flyrlink.com and providing a written description of the dispute. Flyrlink will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving the notice.
If the dispute is not resolved informally within the specified period, either party may pursue remedies available under Indian law. The parties agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
