For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Company acts as a Data Fiduciary in respect of Personal Data processed through the Website. The Company is committed to safeguard the privacy of Users and their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and industry standards.

The User may choose to delete the User Account on the Website and any information associated with it, hereunder at any point of time. In the event that the User makes a request for deletion of User Account or data therein, the User will no longer be able to access the Website and/or use the Services, and we reserve the right to not provide the User any Services through the Website.
